Elk Glen Lake in Golden Gate Park is located at the foot of the 25th Avenue entrance and Martin Luther King Drive. It is a valuable duck habitat and Ring-neck, Ruddies, American Wigeons, Mallards, and Buffleheads can be seen here.
The primary purpose of this blog is to post photos and videos taken in and around San Francisco. This photographic activity began in November 2005 as part of a blogging class offered at The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI-SFSU) at San Francisco State University.
